We are currently developing our first WordPress site utilising version 3, which finally came out of beta a few days ago.
Version 3 has exciting new features that we’re going to deploy in the build. This will make client and administrative tasks much more straightforward and simple updates like the ability to change the default admin users name during the installation process is a massive security benefit!
We've assigned Chris Gibson - one of our very talented and highly qualified PHP-developers - as the project lead to embrace this popular CMS and make it all happen:

Today sees the launch of the new Plan France website, the latest in the Plan family to be designed by 9web.
Plan France follow Plan Canada, Plan Spain and Plan Ireland in using the information architecture, graphic design and XHTML/CSS templates we developed for Plan's national organisations in parallel with the redesign of the Plan International website.
During the project we provided support for the implementation of the site on to the Plone CMS by Fry-IT and developed custom form elements for the donation and donor engagement processes.

We are delighted to introduce you to our new Operations Manager, Darren Appleby.
Darren will be filling a new role at 9web and will be responsible for the overall planning and delivery of client projects. He will also be playing a key role in our new business development and looking at strategies for continuous improvement within the company.
He is an accredited PRINCE2 practitioner with over 12 years project management experience; working specifically in the web arena with different CMS technologies, built in different development environments since 2005.
We've known Darren for a good while and are confident that he can have a big impact on what we do and make the 9web ship run even smoother.

We are very pleased to announce a new project to design and develop a new website for Young Lives.
Young Lives is a long-term international research project investigating the changing nature of childhood poverty. It is tracking the lives of 12,000 children in Ethiopia, India, Peru and Vietnam over 15 years to see how the children on the margins and their families move in and out of poverty and examine policies that can make a real difference to their lives.
The project is in partnership with Fry-IT who will take our front end design and develop the website functionality on the Plone CMS.
