You'll be highly skilled in PHP and MySQL and have a strong track record of producing of high quality, scalable websites and web applications.
Candidates with experience implementing and extending open source Content Management Systems are particularly sought after, although this is not an absolute requirement.

We are very pleased to announce that today sees the launch of the new Girlguiding UK website.
Girlguiding UK is the UK's largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women and provides a unique, girl-only space where members feel comfortable just being themselves.
The project began with a period of consultation with Girlguiding UK volunteers to find ways to improve the website and how to organise the content to make things easier to find. 9web then came on board to help the web team organise the information architecture to ensure the new site structure catered for all external audiences and provided a collaborative space for over half a million adult members.
The design phase centred on developing the strengths of the offline brand identity for consumption online. Using strong focused messaging and engaging imagery we delivered a modern, audience-centric website that encourages participation and demonstrates the relevance of the organisation to the outside world.

We are very pleased to introduce our new Front End Developer, Matt Bee.
Matt joins our increasingly busy team as a front end developer and will be writing lots of standards compliant, accessible, search engine friendly (X)HTML and CSS to turn our beautiful creative work into living, breathing websites.
He will also be adding in client-side functionality with non-obtrusive javascript and working with the back-end developers to help keep the cogs turning!

Plan Asia have today launched a new website to tell the story of their work in the 5 years since the Indian Ocean tsunami.
Since the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, Plan has been working with more than 1,000,000 survivors to help them rebuild their lives. This website shows how children have become empowered to take an active role in recovery from one of the worst natural disasters recorded in history.
